Here we all are in front of the Cathedral in Santiago de Compostela in Spain together with our guide, Pilar, before we moved on to the Marian shrine at Fatima in Portugal. There were 30 of us in total. And a wonderful time was had by all. During our ten-day pilgrimage we walked part of the Camino, saw some stunning churches and cathedrals (as well as beautiful scenery), celebrated Mass together daily, enjoyed good things to eat, had lots of fun and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A bonus was the weather: fantastic – which just about sums up the pilgrimage as a whole.
