Sunday 18th February, we were entertained by the South London Concert Band, usually conducted by our own Tony Ryan.
We were blessed with an array of melodies including music from Queen, Beauty & The Beast, Barwick Green (The Archers theme tune), Pirates of the Caribbean, I will Survive,The Big Country, Bolero by Ravel, with much more and ending on a high with The Can Can!
The afternoon was for 2 hours with an interval of refreshments and a collection was taken at both the refreshments and after the concert with the proceeds to go to The Passage and Ahotokurom.
We were not disappointed with the entertainment and cannot wait for the return of the Band later this year?
